the twins then attack numerous gifts
the Q's and Herschel are in the (beach) house post NYEve

the tide is about as low as possible and the sea lions are scrambling for napping spaces
THB whistles and Sandy looks at the camera and Dug-Digger turns to watch TV
the beach and loft got new entry systems and these two Motorola phones are headed to the donation tech center

the latest E-ville mural
what a hoverboard looks like when out of water

the old Comcast/Xfinity modem on the right (below), the new one on the left. THB and DB altered the Loft TV plan, dropping local sports channels, and while doing that on the phone with a live person, she (the live person) found that we could save another $20/month on a lower phone plan (see defunct Motorola phones above).

Sign of the times: along  with the largest unused parking garage on the west coast, E-ville was going to get a new bio-tech building. Since the two buildings in the picture below are now vacant, the latest site has been turned into a ... into a ... gravel (unpaved) parking lot????
Sign of the times #2: Wait, is that an arrow pointing to the largest unused parking garage in the western hemisphere?
How cold was it in E-ville? Dug-Digger is wearing a sweater indoors
